H&MV Engineering has announced two new internal appointments to its senior management team today. Marking their 25 years in business anniversary last year, the international firm is continually looking to build on its exemplary reputation for delivering the highest quality engineering solutions, and this latest round of internal promotions is furthering the company’s growth strategy.
H&MV Engineering is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Kelly to the role of Group Operations Director. Phil joined H&MV Engineering in 2006 and was appointed Operations Manager in 2016. Having overseen the company’s national and international growth, the experience he developed across the organisation makes him an unrivalled candidate for the role. Speaking on this appointment, Phil said:
“My vision as Group Operations Director is centred on collaboration with all stakeholders and the continuous development of our people through innovative thinking and sustainable solutions.”
Phil continues to focus on maintaining and developing client relationships and building exceptional teams to deliver quality work for H&MV Engineering’s clients.
Furthermore, H&MV Engineering is delighted to announce the appointment of David Maher to the role of Managing Director Ireland. David has been employed by H&MV Engineering for 13 years and has worked across various levels & roles within the group, most recently as Commissioning Manager, during which he managed a multinational team commissioning complex high-voltage substation arrangements. He has developed a keen business acumen, working with many high-profile clients and delivering major projects internationally. Remarking on his recent appointment, David said:
“In my previous role with H&MV, I have built, developed and managed a diverse, dynamic international team that continues to deliver industry leading services across all regions. Bringing those skills into my new role, I aim to positively impact our team, grow our client relationships and be a champion for people’s personal and professional development to ensure H&MV continue to be a leader in its market.”
David is currently completing a Masters (MSc) in Business at UCD Michael Smurfit Executive Development and looks forward to meeting many of H&MV Engineering’s long-standing Irish clients as he begins his new role.
