H&MV Engineering welcomes, David Thornton, Group HSE Director and Joseph Quinn, Chief People Officer .
H&MV is pleased to announce two key appointments as part of its continued growth and commitment to excellence.
David Thornton has been appointed as Group HSE Director. With 20 years of senior leadership experience across the Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Data Center, and Engineering sectors, David has successfully led major projects in Ireland, Europe, UK, US, Australia, and Asia. In his role, David will oversee all aspects of H&MV’s HSE function, embedding a holistic project lifecycle approach while enhancing the company’s health and wellbeing culture. His responsibilities include driving H&MV’s commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence as part of our broader growth strategy.
Additionally, Joseph Quinn has been appointed as Chief People Officer. With 25 years of executive experience in blue-chip international PLCs and leading private companies, Joseph has held senior roles across Ireland, UK, and Australia, with organisations such as The Victor Smorgon Group, EY, Accenture, and BDO. Joseph will oversee all aspects of H&MV’s HR operations, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. He will ensure the company has the right talent to support its growth, drive expansion into new regions, and maintain the positive culture that has been key to H&MV’s success.
