Eileen leads H&MV global finance in her role as Finance Director, overseeing all facets of the financial cycle of the business. Her successful progression to senior leadership in H&MV has been defined by her ability to visualize a future state and translate that into action and execution while engaging team members. Having joined H&MV Engineering in 2020, her main focus has been company performance through new technology, digitalisation efficiencies and team and talent development. Eileen manages a team of over 30 accountancy professionals and is a leader for the company’s ESG objectives, digitalisation initiatives and ACCA accreditations.
