Client Challenges

Berkeley required a competent MUSCO for the Stephenson Street development in London. H&MV Engineering was appointed Lead Co-ordinator for all the services, from the incoming services to the site-wide utility corridor/artery and the connection branches to the buildings.

H&MV's Solution

H&MV delivered design, supply, installation and operation of permanent Multi Utility Services [MUSCO] to the Stephenson Street West Ham development. The project was carried out in two phases, including gas utility works, incoming water utility works, electrical utility works [HV Power] and incoming communications.
As lead contractor, H&MV carried out works external to the site and in the public domain that included all permissions, licenses, regulations, and traffic management. As well as all reinstatement of surfaces and all other relevant works associated with connecting these services from POC to site to comply with local council requirements.
H&MV Engineering also liaised and coordinated with UKPN, British Gas and Thames Water, as well as completed design and installation to relevant requirements.
